As TRON inches towards a Spring 2023 opening, crews are working to complete the railroad track refurbishment project – with the last known section of the replacement being the track that runs through the TRON Lightcycle Run site. We already took a look at the track installation on the south (Tomorrowland) side of the construction site, but now crews have staged more track on the north (Storybook Circus/Fantasyland) side of the site as well. Here’s a look!
Existing track is already installed below the staged track and ties that are stacked on top. When we visited Magic Kingdom to take these photos, crews were preparing the ground leading into the tunnel that runs under TRON Lightcycle Run.
