The Flavors of Florida Culinary Series continues this Friday with Chef James Petrakis of The Polite Pig. While the events are free to attend, advanced registration is required. Registration for the July 14th event opens tomorrow, July 12th on the Culinary Series website. Here are the event details:

He’ll share tips to help you recreate this delicious dish at home.
