Earlier this month, a fire was spotted near the roofline of the America Gardens Theater at EPCOT. The fire was likely caused by a stray firework during the Harmonious nighttime spectacular and fireworks show.
Disney had previously covered the damaged railings with a tarp but has removed the tarp to reveal that the railings have been removed and that the roof is still charred where the fire broke out. We made it out to EPCOT recently to take photos of the damage.
Hopefully, Disney is able to fix the minor damage to the America Gardens Theater. Disney has not fixed the damage caused by a small fire earlier this year at Magic Kingdom near Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid.
