‘Papeete Pipeline’ Brings $50 Alcoholic POG Juice to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

We want you to get the most out of your ‘luxury villa’ stay in Solterra, Davenport (near Championsgate and just south of the Disney World Resort area). To help out, we have sourced the following blog post to keep you up to date with news from Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks to the guys over at Blog Mickey for the original post...

Guests visiting Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort have a NEW tiki mug to collect, and you won’t even have to visit Trader Sam’s to find it. Located at the Tambu Lounge, a new drink features a resort-specific tiki mug and alcoholic POG juice! Surfers beware though, the $32 listed is just for the souvenir mug. If you want the drink too, that will be an extra $14. Here’s a look at the new mug and drink!

Tambu Lounge at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

The sign only lists the price of the mug which can be a bit confusing given the fact that it also lists the ingredients of the drink…for an additional $14 not listed anywhere in guest view except for your receipt. As of publish time, the Papeete Pipeline is not listed on the online menu for Tambu Lounge.

As for the drink itself, it was wonderfully refreshing and tropical as you’d expect from POG juice. That said, we found it a bit light on the alcohol, but you’re only here for the mug. To that end, you can probably skip the drink and just get the mug for $32.
