For Mother’s Day, we’re taking you behind the scenes of Disney Floral & Gifts and introducing you to a very special Floral Design cast member and mother – Anh!
Ever since she was a child, Anh Kim Tran had a passion for arranging flowers and making beautiful creations that bring smiles to the faces of those who receive them. Anh moved from Vietnam to work for Walt Disney World Resort when her daughter told her there was a flower shop right on Disney property that made floral arrangements for guests. The minute Anh walked into the Walt Disney World Floral & Gifts shop, it was love at first bloom!
This November will mark Anh’s eighth anniversary as a Disney Floral cast member. One of her favorite parts of her role is making flower arrangements for families – especially for moms on occasions like Mother’s Day. As a mom herself, Anh says it brings her so much joy to know she is creating special moments for other mothers.
“The arrangements we make specially for Mother’s Day are so fun, and what makes it magical for me is knowing that everyone has a mom or a mother figure in their life,” Anh says. She said it warms her heart to know that the beautiful floral creation she is putting together will help make someone’s Mother’s Day magical.
