Over the past few weeks (probably longer), Disney has been refurbishing the pavement on Main Street USA at Magic Kingdom. The work is taking place in small segments at a time and overnight so as not to disrupt the normal parade and cavalcade schedule at the park. The work appears to be limited so far to the northern half of Main Street USA from Center Street to Casey’s Corner. While visiting Magic Kingdom today, we snapped a few photos of the work so far.
It’s likely that the project will continue over the coming months with some sections of the southern half of the road also looking a bit rough in places.
