Get Ready for a Rollicking Good Time at the Raglan Road Mighty St. Patrick’s Day Festival March 16 – 19

We want you to get the most out of your ‘luxury villa’ stay in Solterra, Davenport (near Championsgate and just south of the Disney World Resort area). To help out, we have sourced the following blog post to keep you up to date with news from Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks to the guys over at Disney Parks for the original post...

You know that Raglan Road is an Irish pub, but did you know that it’s a real Irish pub? The pub was actually built by craftsmen in Ireland, shipped to Florida and rebuilt here at Disney Springs. So you know you’re getting a truly authentic Irish experience every time you step through those doors. And of course, the team kicks that experience up a notch every year with the Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival! The festival returns to Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant this year from March 16-19, featuring lively entertainment, five outdoor bars, dancing, shopping and naturally, fish and chips with Guinness.

Some of the best entertainers
are flown in right from the Emerald Isle or brought to Disney Springs just for
the festival. This year’s lineup of live music will feature trad tunes, modern
Irish songs and plenty of fiddling! Some of the acts include Elevation: the most heralded U2 tribute band, celebrating their
20th anniversary this year; Strings & Things: a trad/folk/roots
crossover band from Tipperary and Galway; Men of Aran: legends of the
Irish trad world; and we can’t forget about The Raglan Road Irish Dancers!
Selected from the casts and stages of the world’s greatest Irish dance shows,
the fan-favorite dancers will perform throughout the festival.

What is a St. Patrick’s festival without Irish fare and refreshments? Choose from the chef’s selection of signature Irish favorites including the dry-aged prime short rib and brisket beef OMG Burger, Shepherd’s Pie and fresh-caught Fish & Chips. (Pro-tip: you can also grab those Fish & Chips to go, next door at the Cooke’s of Dublin counter). Wet your whistle with Raglan Road’s Signature Brew Flight, Whiskey Flight, or browse their selection of craft beers, wines and hand-crafted cocktails.

If that’s still not enough to convince you, you’ll also be able to enjoy face painting, giveaways, and browse the Shop for Ireland boutique. For full festival details, including the entertainment schedule, visit: raglanroad.com/mighty-festival-2023.

On March 17 Raglan Road will
open at 11 a.m., seating guests on a first-come, first-served basis, with a $20
cover charge for guests 18 and older. For those planning to celebrate during
the other festival dates on March 16, 17 or 19, reservations are encouraged and
can be made through the My Disney Experience app or by calling 407-938-0300.

We hope to
see you there – come prepared to dance, eat and celebrate!

That's all folks!
