Disney Cruise Line & Adventures by Disney Call Centers Close for Hurricane Ian

We want you to get the most out of your ‘luxury villa’ stay in Solterra, Davenport (near Championsgate and just south of the Disney World Resort area). To help out, we have sourced the following blog post to keep you up to date with news from Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks to the guys over at Blog Mickey for the original post...

Disney has issued a statement that their contact centers for Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney have closed and will remain closed until Hurricane Ian passes. Here’s the announcement:

Due to necessary operational changes from Hurricane Ian, our contact centers for Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions will be closing at 6:00 PM EDT September 28, 2022 and will remain closed until the storm passes.

We ask that Disney Cruise Line calls for sailings not within the next 7 days to please contact the call center after October 5, 2022.
