Complimentary Starcruiser Merchandise Item Offered With Legacy Lightsaber Purchase at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities

We want you to get the most out of your ‘luxury villa’ stay in Solterra, Davenport (near Championsgate and just south of the Disney World Resort area). To help out, we have sourced the following blog post to keep you up to date with news from Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks to the guys over at Blog Mickey for the original post...

Disney World is now offering a complimentary Halcyon Starcruiser Reflective Shield with the purchase of a Legacy Lightsaber Hilt at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The Halcyon Starcruiser Reflective Shield was previously a Starcruiser-exclusive item, only sold to guests on board the Starcruiser. It’s not available for purchase at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, only as a complimentary gift, and guests will be able to pick up their Reflective Shield at package pickup at the front of Disney’s Hollywood Studios after their Legacy Lightsaber purchase.

The reflective shield is used during Lightsaber Training onboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. Guests who are in Lightsaber Training face a training remote one at a time, but line up in groups of 3-5 guests and those who are not at the front of the line with a lightsaber in hand pick up a reflector shield to deflect blasts that might get past the guest with a lightsaber.

In the photo below, you can find the training blasters on the right side of the room, and the reflective shields on the far wall on the left side of the image. The markers on the ground show how guests line up to face the remotes, rotating during the experience.
