Chucky Announced for Halloween Horror Nights 2023

We want you to get the most out of your ‘luxury villa’ stay in Solterra, Davenport (near Championsgate and just south of the Disney World Resort area). To help out, we have sourced the following blog post to keep you up to date with news from Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks to the guys over at Orlando Informer for the original post...

On the final night of Halloween Horror Nights 2022, Universal Orlando Resort has begun serving up tricks for next year’s Halloween Horror Nights festivities. The famous killer doll, Chucky, from the USA & SYFY series Chucky, will be unleashed into his own dedicated haunted house next year. Watch Universal Orlando Resort’s announcement below:

This isn’t Chucky’s first experience delivering scares to those who brave Halloween Horror Nights. In 2009, a house titled Chucky: Friends ‘til the End combined the five Child’s Play movies that were released at the time to create a maze filled with terror around every corner. In 2018, the scare zone in Hollywood became a toy fair hosted by Chucky himself, and the streets were filled with fellow playthings gone bad.

At 2022’s event, the murderous doll and his television show made cameos throughout the property with a dedicated food stand, a doughnut at Voodoo Doughnut, a photo op location, and a spot on Rip Ride Rockit’s secret song list.

As this year’s event comes to a close, we are left with bubbling excitement from this teaser of what’s to come for next year’s fright fest.
