We want you to get the most out of your ‘luxury villa’ stay in Solterra, Davenport (near Championsgate and just south of the Disney World Resort area). To help out, we have sourced the following blog post to keep you up to date with news from Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks to the guys over at Blog Mickey for the original post...
Annual Passholders can now pick up a 3-pack of previously released magnets at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Like previous magnet distribution, these magnets are complimentary and they are available to all Annual Passholders, regardless if you picked up one or all of the magnets during the initial distribution period. Note that the 3-pack is one per Annual Passholder and includes:
- 50th Anniversary Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse
- Orange Bird
- Dumbo
Annual Passholders looking to obtain the magnets can now head to Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures through June 30th and while supplies last. To enter Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park, you will need valid admission and a theme park reservation on the same date (or you may visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park after 2:00 PM without a theme park reservation, subject to blockout dates). Theme park reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass blockout dates.
Each Passholder must be present and show their valid Annual Pass card, linked MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile pass and a government-issued photo ID to receive a magnet.
Here’s a look at the simple pickup process, which does not require a Virtual Queue and didn’t demand a long line when we visited earlier today. Signage directs Passholders to the “back” of Dinosaur Treasures and a side door is used to access a corner of the store.
Once inside, Cast Members will scan your park ticket and ask to see your ID before handing you a 3-pack of magnets.
